In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between Galaxy Germany Holding SE (Munich, Germany,) and Nagarro SE (Munich, Germany) was filed on Monday, 10 August 2026.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition of sole control of Nagarro SE by Persistent Systems Limited through Galaxy Germany Holding SE.
Galaxy Germany Holding SE is a European stock corporation that forms part of the Persistent Systems Limited group, which is a global IT services and solutions company specialising in Digital Engineering and Enterprise Modernisation. Its core activities include software product engineering, application development and management, cloud and infrastructure services, data and analytics, enterprise IT security, enterprise integration, intelligent automation, and CX transformation.
Nagarro SE, also a European stock corporation, is an IT services and consulting group providing software and technology consulting, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, operations, and innovation services. It operates across industries.
The Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
