Should you wish to notify a concentration, you are kindly requested to consult the Control of Concentrations Regulations.

How to notify

The Concentration Notification (CN) Form is the application which parties are required to fill in to notify the Office for Competition of a proposed concentration.

Completed CN Forms should either be submitted by registered post or by hand.

The administrative fee to accompany the notification can be paid using the following bank details:

The stipulated time by which the Office for Competition is legally bound to issue a decision on the proposed transaction will commence only after the Office for Competition confirms that the information provided in the CN form is complete. Failure to provide the necessary information when submitting the CN form may delay the clearance procedure.
