In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between The Tub Projects Company Limited (Santa Venera) and Falzon’s Bathrooms & Ceramics Limited (Qormi) was filed on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition of sole control of certain assets and contract of Falzon’s Bathrooms & Ceramics Limited by The Tub Projects Company Limited.
The Tub Projects Company Limited is involved in the supply and retail of bathroom products, sanitaryware, ceramics, tiles and other related items at a retail level.
Falzon’s Bathrooms & Ceramics Limited is a supplier of bathrooms products, sanitaryware, ceramics, tiles and other related items at wholesale level. It is in the process of winding down its business.
The Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
