In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between Quazar and its subsidiaries (Birkirkara), and Moore (Birkirkara) and Moore CSP Ltd (Birkirkara) was filed on Friday, 23 October 2026.
The nature of the concentration is a merger between Quazar, Moore, and Moore CSP Ltd.
Quazar and Quazar Corporate Limited are accounting, audit and professional firms authorised by the Accountancy Board and the MFSA as a Company Services Provided under the Company Service Providers Act (Cap. 529). Quazar Consult Limited provides residency and immigration services and registered with Residency Malta.
Moore and Moore CSP Ltd are accounting, audit and professional services firms authorised by the Accountancy Board and the MFSA as a Company Services Provided under the Company Service Providers Act (Cap. 529).
The Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
