In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between Bain Capital Investors, LLC (Delaware, United States), Omega-Meyer Limited (Jersey, United Kingdom) and Meyer Organics Private Limited (Maharashtra, India) was filed on Friday, 21 August 2026.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition over Omega-Meyer Limited and Meyer Organics Private Limited by BCPE Wellbeing Holdco Two Limited and Integral Investments Asia IV Limited, which are controlled by funds managed and/or advised by Bain Capital Investors, LLC.
Bain Capital Investors, LLC is a private equity investment firm based in the US that invests in companies across various industries.
Omega-Meyer Limited and Meyer Organics Private Limited own and control the international group of companies and affiliates doing business as Vitabiotics and Meyer Organics respectively. Vitabiotics develops vitamins and healthcare supplements. Meyer Organics is dedicated to innovative therapies across diverse health segments.
