In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Director General of the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between fund vehicles managed or advised by affiliates of Capitol Meridian Partners LP (United States) and RH Aero Systems (United States) was filed on Wednesday, 24 June 2026.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition of sole control by Acme BidCo, Inc. and Acme Germany BidCo GmbH, which will lead to indirect sole control by fund vehicles managed or advised by affiliates of Capitol Meridian Partners LP of RH Aero Systems.
Capitol Meridian Partners LP focuses on investments in the aerospace and defence, government services, government software, technology and communications sectors.
Acme Germany BidCo GmbH and Acme BidCo, Inc. are special purpose vehicles created for the purpose of the Transaction.
RH Aero Systems provides Original Equipment Manufacturer licensed and authorised tooling and ground support equipment solutions, together with related services, to customers in the aerospace, defence and energy industries.
The Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
