In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between CFP Energy RMS Ltd (London, England) and Kinect Energy Green Services AS (Bergen, Norway) was filed on Friday, 7 August 2026.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition of sole control of Kinect Energy Green Services AS by CFP Energy RMS Ltd.
CFP Energy RMS Ltd is a private limited company that forms part of the CFP Energy Group, which is active in energy and environmental products and services, including the trading and supply of environmental products such as compliance carbon certificates, Guarantees of Origin and Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin. The CFP Energy Group is also active in wider energy-related activities, including power and gas-related products and services.
Kinect Energy Green Services AS is a company active in the supply and trading of environmental products, including EU and UK Emissions Trading System compliance products, Guarantees of Origin and Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin.
The Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
