Notification of Concentration
In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Director General of the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between Artisan AcquisitionCo Limited (London, United Kingdom) and Aspire Topco Limited (Bristol, United Kingdom) was filed on Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
The nature of the concentration is the acquisition of sole control of Aspire Topco Limited by Artisan AcquisitionCo Limited.
Artisan AcquisitionCo Limited is an investment vehicle established for the purposes of holding investments in subsidiaries under the Acuity Knowledge Partners Group, a leading provider of bespoke research, data management, analytics, talent and technical solutions to the financial services industry including asset managers, corporate and investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds and consulting firms.
Aspire Topco Limited is a holding company, which through its holdings holds a number of subsidiaries, including three registered companies in Malta, namely Ascent Software Holdings Malta Limited, Ascent Software Limited and Ascent Solutions Limited, which provide data and software engineering IT services to companies.
The Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
