The Office for Competition approves the Full-Function Joint Venture between Bianchi and Sons Limited, Merill Invest Limited and Ziti Technologies Limited conditional upon full compliance with the Commitments submitted by the relevant Parties.

Ing. Joseph Micallef has been approved by the Office for Competition as the Monitoring Trustee appointed to monitor the Parties’ compliance with the Commitments.
