Companies wishing to apply for (additional) quota for imports and production of bulk HFCs in 2023 should submit a declaration in the F-gas Portal and HFC Licensing System (the ‘registry’) in the period 14 March to 13 April 2022, 13:00 CET. The corresponding Notice has been published in the Official Journal. 

Please note that companies, which are not registered in the registry yet, have to request registration before 28 February 2022 to be able to apply for (additional) 2023 quota. And as previously, all undertakings with the same beneficial owner(s) shall be considered as one single declarant, see Article 7(1) of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/661.
