Should you enter into disputes related to administrative decisions taken by authorities when trying to lawfully market goods in Malta, you could either:

• make an administrative objection following the procedure (that should be included in the administrative decision) and that can also be found in the contact details of the authorities,
• Or contest the administrative decision in the courts of justice of civil jurisdiction according to the Article 469A of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure.

Solvit 

If you would like to open a dispute linked to an administrative decision you could also get in touch with SOLVIT, which can assist you in such cases. Solvit is a free service offered by the EAA Member States to mediate against unfair decisions made by competent authorities.
