In terms of Regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations 2002, published in the Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Director General of the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between Dea Capital Alternative Funds S.p.A. (Milan, Italy) and Abaco S.p.A. (Mantova, Italy), was filed and accepted as a complete notification on Thursday, 25^th April 2019.

The nature of the concentration is an acquisition by Dea Capital Alternative Funds S.p.A., by virtue of a Share and Purchase Agreement, of Abaco S.p.A. 

The economic sectors involved in this concentration are those concerning the gaming sector and IT Products & Software solutions.

The Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written observations on this notified concentration.

Such written observations should reach the Office for Competition within seven days following publication of this notice.
