The MCCAA would like to inform the public of a recall concerning the Fisher Price Rock ‘N Play Sleeper. This product is unsafe and should not be used.

The recall applies to all models of Fisher Price Rock ‘N Play Sleeper. The following model numbers were distributed in Europe: FWX180, SKUs, DMJ24, FHW34, FWH33 and FNR95.

Such products are dangerous and have caused fatalities especially when used for babies older than 3 months.

The MCCAA is in contact with the manufacturer, who confirmed that there was no official distribution of the product on the Maltese market. Nevertheless, local importers were also informed of this recall and they are urged to ensure that they do not place this item on the market. Moreover, the manufacturer has informed the MCCAA that this product was also sold through Amazon and the site has been contacted to check whether any products were sold to Maltese consumers.
