To lead data collection, processing and analysis of websites, platforms and other online sources offering products and services for the purpose of assessing compliance with respect to consumer protection, product safety and competition legislation.
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the effective management and implementation of training initiatives designed to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and meet the Authority’s objectives. Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, this role is pivotal in fostering a compliant, supportive and high-performance workplace environment by promoting employee engagement and driving development initiatives. Through collaboration with management, health and safety officers and other stakeholders, this position will spearhead efforts to enhance employee wellbeing, ensure a positive organisational culture, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Authority.
