In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Director General of the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between 9HDIGITAL LTD (Sliema), MPS LTD (Mriehel) and MPS COMMS LTD (Mriehel) was filed on Tuesday, 01 April 2025.

The nature of the concentration is the acquisition by 9HDIGITAL LTD of a selection of the assets of MPS LTD, and subsequently 9HDIGITAL LTD will acquire all of the shares of MPS COMMS LTD.

9HDIGITAL LTD provides information technology services in the field of website development, and provides digital marketing services including; online marketing, social media campaigns, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising and other digital promotion strategies.

MPS COMMS LTD is a newly created subsidiary of MPS LTD. Both provide professional services; namely in management consultancy and public relations, marketing and media services; namely in media and marketing research, and advertising and branding. They also offer sustainability and governance services, and communication services; namely in relation to corporate communications.

The Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
