The European standard SM EN 16636:2015 Pest Management Services – Requirements and Competences is intended to be used by Pest Management Service Providers and Certification Bodies for conformity assessment activities to assist clients to make an informed choice of pest management control programmes, and to increase the likelihood of expectations (legal, customer service, etc.) being met and an increased opportunity to achieve set targets safely.
Scope
This European standard specifies requirements where an operator needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a service that; (a) meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, (b) aims at enhancing customer satisfaction, and (c) aims at protecting the safety of humans and non-targeted species from the effects of its service.
Certification
