The general objective of the Servizz bi Tbissima Award is that of encouraging good relationships between consumers and traders. This Award recognises those retailers and/or service providers who invest in good customer care and after sales service. Furthermore, it promotes trading practices that give additional benefits to consumers than those provided by the law. The Award’s winners are voted for by consumers as they are the ones who should decide who is providing them with the best products and services. Once the competition is launched, consumers can vote for their favourite seller through the MCCAA’s Facebook page or website. All local businesses that sell products or offer services to consumers from their business premises or online may be voted for to win the Award. Consumers can vote for different traders but cannot vote for the same trader more than once. The consumers who participate in this competition may win €200 cash vouchers every week during the competition period. Once the voting period comes to an end the traders who receive the majority of votes are vetted by a jury to ensure that they meet the criteria of the Award’s code of conduct. The winners are then announced during an Award Giving Ceremony and will receive a trophy, certificate, and the use of the Servizz bi Tbissima Award logo. Award’s Code of Conduct
