This year, the Office for Consumer Affairs within the MCCAA will celebrate World Consumer Rights Day with an informative and engaging event in Valletta, near the Parliament Building, on Friday, 14^th March, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Office will host a dedicated information stand, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn more about consumer rights. In addition, a series of informative talks will be conducted throughout the event, catering to both the general public and key stakeholders.

These sessions will cover the following topics and will take place at the specified times:

• 9:30 - Consumer Guarantees
• 10:30 – A Consumer’s Guide on how to Lodge a Complaint
• 11:30 - Price Indication Regulations
• 12:30 - Air Passenger Rights
